Bellagio Hotel & Casino (Las Vegas) reserves the right to modify, restrict access to your account, freeze funds in an account for investigation purposes (frozen accounts may not withdraw), suspend withdrawals temporarily as part of a routine verification process, close any account at its discretion if it is considered abusive, self-excluded without refund, and otherwise terminate these terms with or without notice.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

All content on our site is the exclusive property of Bellagio Hotel & Casino (Las Vegas). No unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, linking to another external website from an internal page will be tolerated.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive) arising out of this Agreement, including but not limited to losses resulting from incorrect information provided during the registration process. Any use made of our website is at your own risk.

Modification of Terms

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. Your continued participation in games on our platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
